Take a few people who really loved The Heart of The Congos, old Beefheart, Eno, and Sun Ra records, reintroduce them to Wu Tang Clan, let them borrow Shopping Carts Crashing, make them dig out all their old solid state electronics and ancient effects pedals, and then throw them a party where everyone writes rhymes. Let that party make records for about 3 years and that's where we're at.
