The New Sound of Numbers formed in 2005 with Kathryn Refi on drums and Hannah Jones on 12-string guitar and vocals. It has since existed in various permutations. Previous members have been Hannah Jones, Kathryn Refi, Suzanne Allison, Charlie Johnston, Josh Skinner, Will Cullen Hart, John Fernandes, and Randy Bewley. The debut album "Liberty Seeds" was released through Cloud Recordings on October 10, 2006. The New Sound of Numbers is presently working on a new album.
